Obol Network company
Overview
Obol Network is an open-source protocol for creating Distributed Validators (DVs) on Ethereum, enabling multiple nodes to collectively run a single validator. It improves resilience and decentralization by splitting the validator key among operators using threshold cryptography. The protocol is used by stakers and operators to participate in Ethereum proof-of-stake with reduced single-point-of-failure risk.
Within the DeFi Intel graph, Obol Network connects to 2 tracked entities, most strongly to Operation Solo Staker, Lido.
