Overview
Drift Predict (previously known as Drift BET) is a prediction market protocol built on the Drift Protocol on Solana. It allows users to take positions on binary outcomes of real-world events, with payoffs determined by the event's outcome. The market operates using the same liquidity pool as Drift's perpetual swap exchange, enabling capital efficiency. Note that the parent Drift Protocol suffered a DPRK-linked exploit on 1 April 2026 that drained roughly $285–295M (over half of its TVL); Drift secured a Tether-led recovery package and is undergoing a security-first relaunch (as of 2026-07-15).
