BlackRock, Hillhouse, Temasek Said Set to Back Innolight Listing
Zhongji Innolight, the world's largest maker of optical transceivers for data centres, is seeking up to HK$55 billion in Hong Kong's biggest listing in nearly seven years. It lined up 33 cornerstone investors for $3.45 billion, about 49% of the base deal, including Temasek, BlackRock, JPMorgan AM, Alibaba and Tencent.
