London Stock Exchange plans overnight venue to extend trading hours: FT

The London Stock Exchange said it will open LSE 24, a separate overnight order book, in the first half of 2027, running from 5pm to 7:50am London time with a half-hour break for end-of-day processing. It will start with more than 2,600 exchange-traded products rather than individual shares, a response to round-the-clock crypto and US retail trading.
