pump.fun introduces BOOST mode to address the “dead liquidity” problem

Pump.fun launched BOOST mode, which recycles the roughly 20% of liquidity previously stranded when tokens migrate off its bonding curves - more than $100 million a year. After migration the system spends 17.6 SOL (or $2,516 for USDC pairs) on TWAP buybacks over five minutes and burns the tokens; it applies automatically to eligible coins migrating after July 21, 2026.
