London Stock Exchange to Introduce Nonstop Trading Next Year
The London Stock Exchange plans to launch LSE 24, an overnight trading venue, in the first half of 2027, operating 5pm to 7:50am London time alongside the main market's 8am-4:30pm session. It will begin with over 2,600 exchange-traded products, with CEO Julia Hoggett citing retail demand from abroad and competition from always-on crypto venues.
