OpenAI Names BNY, Nubank CEOs to Board Ahead of IPO
OpenAI named BNY chief executive Robin Vince and Nubank founder-CEO David Velez to its for-profit and nonprofit boards, with Vince also chairing the audit committee. Board chair Bret Taylor called them leaders who have used technology to reshape financial services. The appointments come as OpenAI weighs an IPO as soon as 2027.
