One Arrested After Incendiary Device Ignited Near NYC FBI Office

Andrew Arrabaca, 43, an Army veteran, was taken into custody after allegedly pouring gasoline and igniting it with a lighter and a large firework outside 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan, which houses FBI and immigration offices, on July 20. Three people suffered minor injuries; the FBI called him an anti-government extremist who said he was targeting the building and was fine if people were hurt or killed.
