The Caspian Pipeline Consortium stopped accepting Kazakh crude after drone attacks on July 17, 19 and 20 halted Black Sea loadings and filled storage tanks at Novorossiysk. The route handles about 80% of Kazakhstan's oil exports and nearly 2% of global supply; at least four tankers were targeted.
