Warsh says inflation risks have come down at Sintra; bitcoin retakes $60,000

In his first international appearance as Fed chair, Kevin Warsh told the ECB's Sintra forum that inflation risks have eased while reaffirming the 2% target and declining to signal July's decision; bitcoin reclaimed $60,000 and gold rebounded to an intraday $4,115.
