Agenda Devnet updates: Devnet-6 update Devnet-7 timeline, when can we have clients ready with it? EIP-7688 (Progressive containers) — Status update from Prysm/Lighthouse. What work is left before branches are done? Other topics: ePBS circuit breakers — Decided in ACDC#181: client-specific implementations acceptable, track missing payloads (not beacon blocks). Terence — Prysm was using beacon-block-based breaker; needs fix to incorporate payload status (few lines of code per Terence). tbenr — Teku hasn’t implemented yet. Status check: which clients have circuit breakers ready for DevNet 7/mainnet? Glamsterdam: EIP-8282 (Builder Execution Requests) — Contract finalization + audit timeline.
