Stripe’s Tempo blockchain raised $500M, has lower TPS than Bitcoin
Five weeks after its March 18 mainnet launch, the Stripe and Paradigm-built Tempo chain processes about 2.5 transactions per second versus a claimed 10,000 TPS capacity, with roughly 5,600 daily users, $205 in daily fees and $3 million locked.
