Overview
Cosmostation is an enterprise-level validator node operator and end-user application developer based in Seoul, South Korea. Before moving into node infrastructure it specialised in application development, building non-custodial mobile wallets and web applications for various blockchains from 2017 onward. Its product suite has three pillars: Mintscan, a widely used block explorer; the Cosmostation non-custodial wallet, available for iOS, Android, as a Chrome extension and on the web; and validator services. Within the Cosmos ecosystem it runs its own validator nodes across multiple networks, giving it a dual role as both a wallet provider and a network operator. The wallet supports staking workflows end to end — delegation, undelegation and reward claiming — plus secure token transfers, and integrates with Ledger hardware wallets for added key security. That combination of wallet, explorer and validator operations makes Cosmostation one of the more vertically integrated infrastructure providers in the Cosmos ecosystem. Cosmostation began as an application developer in 2017, building non-custodial wallets for multiple blockchains, and subsequently expanded into validator operations and the Mintscan explorer.
