Overview

Figment is an institutional staking infrastructure provider that runs validators and non-custodial staking services across proof-of-stake networks. It is the largest non-custodial staking provider of staked ETH and SOL and serves over 1,500 institutional clients including asset managers, exchanges, wallets, foundations, custodians and large token holders. Assets under stake have grown steadily: over $7.5 billion as of December 2021, $15 billion as of August 2025, and more than $17 billion across over 50 supported protocols as of October 2025. On funding, Figment closed a $50 million Series B in August 2021 at a $500 million valuation and then a $110 million Series C at a $1.4 billion valuation, taking total capital raised to roughly $165 million and making it a unicorn. It works alongside custody and qualified-custody partners — for example enabling staking under qualified custody with Fireblocks Trust Company — and received investment from C1 Fund in October 2025. Figment raised $50 million in August 2021 at a $500 million valuation and $110 million in a Series C at $1.4 billion in December 2021, becoming a unicorn with about $165 million raised in total. Assets under stake grew from over $7.5 billion in December 2021 to $15 billion by August 2025 and more than $17 billion by October 2025, when C1 Fund also invested.
