Tradeweb Markets is an electronic trading platform operator for institutional fixed income, derivatives, money markets and equities, serving rates, credit, money markets and equities clients globally. It went public on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker TW on 4 April 2019, with the offering closing on 8 April 2019. Its scale is measured in average daily volume: it reported a then-record quarterly average daily volume of $753.8 billion in Q2 2019, $749.3 billion in July 2019 (up 44.7% year on year), $704.5 billion in aggregate in October 2019, and $815 billion across rates, credit and equities by Q3 2019. It publishes monthly activity reports and quarterly financial results, continuing through Q1 2026. Tradeweb has also moved into digital-asset settlement infrastructure as an investor: it participated in Fnality International's $136 million Series C, which was led by WisdomTree with Bank of America, Citi, KBC Group and Temasek. Tradeweb IPO'd on NASDAQ under TW on 4 April 2019, closing 8 April 2019, and grew average daily volumes through 2019 to $815 billion by Q3. It has since become an investor in blockchain settlement infrastructure, joining Fnality's $136 million Series C.
