Overview
The Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund (ACRED) is a tokenized feeder fund launched on 30 January 2025 through a partnership between alternative asset manager Apollo Global Management and tokenization platform Securitize. ACRED provides on-chain access to the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a global credit strategy spanning corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, and performing, dislocated and structured credit. Tokens were issued across Aptos, Avalanche, Ethereum, Ink, Polygon and Solana — Securitize's first tokenized fund deployments on Solana and Ink. Access is restricted to qualified investors, with Securitize Markets acting as placement agent, digital transfer agent and fund administrator.
