Midas RWA fund
Overview
Midas is an asset tokenization issuer founded in 2023 and headquartered in Berlin (operating as Midas Software GmbH) that provides permissionless ERC-20 tokens giving on-chain exposure to institutional investment strategies. Its flagship product mTBILL tracks short-dated US Treasury bills, while mBASIS tracks a delta-neutral crypto basis-trading strategy. In late 2024 Midas obtained regulatory approval in Liechtenstein that allowed it to offer mTBILL and mBASIS to retail as well as institutional investors across much of Europe with no minimum investment — described at the time as an EU first for such tokens. Midas has since expanded its products to additional networks and partner ecosystems.
