Spiko Eutbl Ustbl fund
Overview
Spiko is a Paris-based fintech that issues tokenized shares of regulated European money market funds: EUTBL for the euro-denominated EU T-Bills Money Market Fund and USTBL for the dollar-denominated US T-Bills fund. The funds are UCITS money market funds approved and supervised by France's Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), while Spiko Finance is a MiFID-authorised investment firm; the share registry itself is maintained on-chain. Shares are issued as ERC-20 tokens (with ERC-1363, ERC-2612 and ERC-2771 extensions) across networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Starknet and Stellar, carry a 0.25% annual management fee with no entry or exit fees, and offer daily subscriptions and redemptions in fiat or stablecoins. Client cash is held by the custodian CACEIS rather than by Spiko.
