Overview
ACRED, the Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund, is a tokenized feeder fund giving on-chain investors exposure to Apollo Global Management's Apollo Diversified Credit Fund. It was announced in January 2025 through a partnership between Apollo and the tokenization platform Securitize, and launched across the Aptos, Avalanche, Ethereum, Ink, Polygon and Solana networks, with Wormhole used for cross-chain transfers. The underlying fund invests across corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, performing credit, dislocated credit and structured credit, and the token supports native redemptions at daily NAV. Access is restricted to qualified investors, and the product is frequently cited as an early example of private credit moving on-chain.
