Overview
MEV-Boost is a sidecar software that implements Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS) for Ethereum validators. It enables validators to receive blocks from a competitive builder market, outsourcing block construction while retaining the right to propose the validated block to the network. The software aims to reduce MEV centralization risks by allowing any builder to participate in a blinded auction for block space.
