Overview
The Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund (ACRED) is a tokenised feeder fund giving qualifying investors onchain access to the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a global credit strategy spanning corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending and performing, dislocated and structured credit. It was launched by tokenisation platform Securitize in partnership with Apollo, announced on 30 January 2025, and is offered exclusively through Securitize Markets, LLC, Securitize's broker-dealer subsidiary. ACRED launched natively across Aptos, Avalanche, Ethereum, Ink, Polygon and Solana, with Ethereum ecosystem support from Etherealize and investment from Coinbase Asset Management and Kraken among others. It supports native redemptions at a daily net asset value. Cross-chain movement is handled by Wormhole, Securitize's official interoperability partner, which also powered ACRED's later expansion to the Sei network. Announced 30 January 2025 as the first product of the Apollo–Securitize partnership and the first onchain route into the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund. In April 2025 Securitize and Gauntlet launched a levered yield strategy using ACRED as collateral; it was subsequently extended toward Solana DeFi and to the Sei network via Wormhole.
