Centrifuge Protocol protocol
Overview
Centrifuge Protocol is a decentralized finance platform for tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) such as invoices, real estate, and royalties. Following its 2025 V3 upgrade, Centrifuge migrated from its Polkadot parachain (Centrifuge Chain) to an EVM-native, multichain protocol deployed across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB Chain and Plume, with the legacy Centrifuge Chain being deprecated. It uses the native token CFG for governance, staking, and fees. The protocol enables asset originators to access liquidity by issuing tokenized assets as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that can be used as collateral for loans.
Within the DeFi Intel graph, Centrifuge Protocol connects to 12 tracked entities, most strongly to Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base.
