Overview
Lens Protocol is a decentralized, composable social graph built by Avara (the team behind Aave). It enables users to own their social identity and content through NFTs, allowing applications to build social features on top of a shared graph. Lens originally launched on Polygon and in 2025 migrated to Lens Chain, its own Ethereum layer-2 (built with ZKsync's ZK Stack, using the GHO stablecoin as the gas token).
