Mango Markets V4 was a decentralized exchange (DEX) on Solana that combined spot trading, perpetual futures, and lending in a cross-margined account, with MNGO token-holder governance. Following a September 2024 SEC settlement (under which Mango DAO agreed to destroy MNGO tokens, delist them, and pay penalties), the community voted for a graceful shutdown and the protocol began winding down on January 13, 2025. Mango Markets is no longer operating as of 2026-07-15.
