Solidly protocol
Overview
Solidly is a decentralised exchange launched by Andre Cronje on Fantom in early 2022 that combined Curve-style vote-escrow tokenomics with Olympus DAO's (3,3) staking game theory, giving rise to the "ve(3,3)" model. Liquidity providers and lockers receive transferable veNFTs representing locked positions, which grant voting power over emissions and a claim on the fees of the pools they vote for; the design also supports both stable and volatile AMM curves. The original deployment struggled after Cronje stepped back from DeFi, but the ve(3,3) design was widely forked and became the dominant DEX architecture on several chains. Later versions of Solidly launched on Ethereum and other networks, including a concentrated-liquidity V3.
