Eden Relay protocol
Overview
Eden Relay was the MEV-Boost relay run by Eden Network, connecting Ethereum validators to a set of block builders after the Merge moved block production to proof of stake. Eden Network launched in 2021 to give miners, and later validators, an additional revenue stream from transaction ordering, and its relay at one point reached a large share of connected validators. In 2024 Eden transitioned relay operations to Gattaca, which migrated connected validators over to Titan Relay. Eden Network later announced it was winding down all services, including Eden RPC, Eden Bundles, Mempool Stream and Tx Explain, citing competition and operating costs in the relay and block-building market.
Within the DeFi Intel graph, Eden Relay connects to 2 tracked entities, most strongly to Ethereum, Ethereum.
