USDQ is a US dollar stablecoin issued by Quantoz Payments B.V., a Netherlands-based fintech holding an electronic money institution licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. It is issued as a MiCA-compliant e-money token, alongside Quantoz's euro token EURQ, with reserves held one-to-one at Tier 1 banks. USDQ is available on multiple networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Algorand, the XRP Ledger and Stellar, and Quantoz positions it for businesses combining traditional payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and ACH with blockchain settlement.
