Risk Stewards: Supply and Borrow Cap Increases on Aave V3 / 2026.07.15

LlamaRisk recommends raising the supply cap for PT-srUSDe-22OCT2026 on Aave V3 Core from 25,000,000 to 50,000,000, as the reserve has reached 98.3% supply cap utilization. It also recommends raising USDT0 caps on Aave V3 Monad, increasing the supply cap from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000 and the borrow cap from 100,000,000 to 180,000,000, with utilization at 98.8% and 61.4% respectively. The updates will be implemented via the Risk Steward process.
