Risk Stewards: Supply Cap Increases on Aave V3 / 2026.07.16

LlamaRisk recommends increasing the USDC supply cap on Aave V3 Monad from 75,000,000 to 150,000,000, as USDC has reached 96.5% supply cap utilization, with the borrow cap unchanged at 67,500,000. It also recommends raising the sUSDe supply cap on Aave V3 Core from 300,000,000 to 450,000,000, as sUSDe sits at 96.7% utilization and the reserve is non-borrowable, serving as collateral via the sUSDe and PT-sUSDe E-Mode categories. The updates will be implemented via the Risk Steward process, and the review was independently prepared by LlamaRisk, a DeFi risk service provider funded in part by the Aave DAO.
