LlamaRisk recommends supply and borrow cap increases across Aave V3 Core, Monad, and X Layer instances based on user behavior, on-chain liquidity, and position health. Key changes include raising the USDT borrow cap on Aave V3 Core from 2,340,000,000 to 2,574,000,000, doubling the syrupUSDC supply cap on Monad to 160,000,000, and increasing xETH and USDG supply and borrow caps on X Layer. The updates will be implemented via the Risk Steward process, and the review was independently prepared by LlamaRisk, a DeFi risk service provider funded in part by the Aave DAO.
