Portal bridge
Overview
Portal is a non-custodial cross-chain token bridge built on the Wormhole interoperability protocol. It lets users move tokens between more than 30 blockchains — including Ethereum, Solana, Sui, Base, Arbitrum and Aptos — without a custodian or an account, generally by issuing wrapped representations of the asset on the destination chain. Wormhole messages underpinning Portal are attested by a set of 19 guardian nodes, and the protocol has processed billions of dollars in volume since 2021.
Within the DeFi Intel graph, Portal connects to 48 tracked entities, most strongly to Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum.
