Overview

Harmony is a sharded, proof-of-stake blockchain designed to improve scalability and decentralization through sharding of state, transactions, and network consensus. It aims to support cross-chain interoperability and low transaction fees for decentralized applications (dApps). In June 2022 Harmony's Horizon bridge was exploited for roughly $100M; the mainnet still runs, but on-chain activity, TVL and the ONE token declined sharply afterward and the network is now largely dormant (status as of 2026-07-15).

Within the DeFi Intel graph, Harmony connects to 11 tracked entities, most strongly to Tether USD, Dai, Curve DEX.
